At LOTTE, “Value Creation” refers to the creation of three values: Value for Business, Value for Employees, Value for Society.
Trust and cooperation between labor and management are essential for LOTTE to grow and increase its value.

    LOTTE Family Festival As many as 10,000 LOTTE employees participate in the annual LOTTE Family

    In-House Venture Project The In-House Venture Project aims to promote a corporate culture that values creativity and challenges and encourages employees to strive for innovation.

    Charlotte Volunteer Group Charlotte Volunteer Group contributes to creating a sound business environment by encouraging all workers to implement LOTTE’s mutual growth philosophy through volunteer
    activities for local communities.

    Charlotte Volunteer Group Kimchi-Making Event This event is LOTTE’s representative social value creation activity. Over 1,000 Charlotte volunteers gather from
    all over the country and make kimchi,
    a staple of Korean cuisine, for the socially underprivileged.

History of Value Creation Culture

Shared Hearts Create Value Commemoration The “Shared Hearts Create Value Commemoration" is organized in an effort to develop and expand LOTTE's unique corporate culture. It was held for the fourth time this year after the very first Declaration of Shared Hearts Create Value ” ceremony in 2015. At this meeting, awards were given to the organizations and employees that embodied value creation culture and shared the achievements that were accomplished through mutual cooperation over the past year. LOTTE’s corporate culture seeks to create greater value by having all of its employees share their hearts and thoughts, as we all strive together to develop and build LOTTE’s own Value Creation Culture.

    Corporate Culture Improvement Committee (1st) In September 2015, LOTTE created the “Corporate Culture Improvement Committee,” where LOTTE executives and outside experts discuss ways to improve the group’s corporate culture.

    urgent issues that required improvement in order for LOTTE
    to become deeply respected by its employees, customers, and partners.
    The issues included instilling pride in the company,
