About us

A one-stop multi shopping store, we aspire for beauty that goes beyond what meets the eye LOHB’s is an abbreviation for “Love, Health & Beauty Store” and offers a new model of health and beauty distribution brand that provides a balanced array of beauty and health products to its customers.
Lotte’s newly launched health and beauty store LOHB’s opened its first branch on the youthful streets of Hongdae in May 2013 and has opened 50 other branches in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area ever since its foundation (based on records up until November 2015).
At LOHB’s, customers can enjoy a convenient and free self-selecting shopping method and benefit from the multi-brand zone prepared to accommodate smart consumers in their reasonable shopping choices. Moreover, LOHB’s offers not only beauty products but also a vast array of health, vitamin, fitness, travel, self-protection, and other categories of products to enable all-in-one shopping, providing customers with a dynamic and entertaining shopping experience.
Under the motto, “True beauty comes from health and fitness,” LOHB’s provides a strong selection of health-related products compared to its rival brands, thus differentiating itself as an energetic, dynamic brand in the market.

No. 1 Health and Beauty Distribution Company in Korea LOHB’s utilizes a bold and energetic red theme to express its emphasis in healthful beauty and boasts an interior that resembles that of a gym so that it may become a space central to H&B culture, open to all.
Moreover, LOHB’s offers a Q&A counter for customers with questions, a POP roller where customers can find detailed information on various products, and circular makeup furnishings that take customer movement into consideration—all attempts to maximize customer convenience within every nook and cranny of the store.
LOHB’s provides approximately 8,000 product varieties from more than 600 brands, all of which are divided into four categories of beauty, health, lifestyle, and food products, reflecting recent trends that emphasis fitness by increasing health-related products and offering various health care products for customers hoping to foster inner beauty. Moreover, customers at LOHB’s can also access products from foreign cosmetic brands Stila and Bliss, previously only sold in department stores; Fuji Film Korea’s Astalift; one of the best organic brands of the U.S., Avalon Organics; French dermo-brand best known for its sensitive skin line, La Roche-Posay; and smart skincare brand, Paula’s Choice, and other such specialty brands.
LOHB’s, as a newly launched Lotte brand, plans to pioneer health and beauty culture through its exceptional MD sourcing ability, advantageous for adjusting to shifting trends and accommodating customer input, and its friendly customer service strategy.
